Parenting elevated is a community event held annually at Ben Lomond High school. The event gives the community an opportunity to connect with resources to strengthen families and build self-reliance through a variety of workshops.
As part of the event, OSD holds a Youth Arts Showcase to showcase the students' art work from grades K-12. The following MFJH students participated in this year's event:
Elliot A., Leandro T., Silvia O., Angela F., Cedar N., Sasha L., Nicole E., and Grace L.
Nicole E. received an honorable mention for her painting "Celebrating the Day of the Dead"
Grace L. received 2nd place award for her painting " Peace"
